CPN is a world-wide leader in the design and manufacture of nuclear density and moisture testing instruments. CPN began as Campbell Engineering and Control Services Company in 1965. In 1969, the name was changed to Campbell Pacific Nuclear Corp., and subsequently to CPN Corp. in 1978. October 1981, the company was purchased by Buehler/John Mowlem Inc., Evanston, IL, and then in 1989 by Brainard Kilman a division of Boart Longyear. In June of 1997 the company was purchased by its General Manager, Jerry L. Woodbury, and the name was changed to CPN International, Inc.
